What is Remlo?
Remlo is a single native app for notes, to-dos, and habits on Mac, iPhone, and iPad. It replaces the small stack of apps most people use to keep track of their lives, and keeps everything in one place.
How do to-dos work?
Type a checkbox in any note and it becomes a real task automatically. Give it a due date or a scheduled date, from the note itself with a slash command, and it appears in the Today view. Track it on a list or on a board whose stages you define. Every task links back to the note it came from.
Where does my data live?
In your own iCloud, in a private database only you can access. Remlo has no server.
Does it work offline?
Yes. It’s a native app with local data; changes sync when you’re back online.
Can I name my own task statuses?
Yes. Rename the stages, add your own, remove the ones you never use.
Does Remlo integrate with other apps?
No, and that is deliberate. Integrations are where bloat, breakage, and extra subscriptions creep in. Capture happens in Remlo, on a page that is already open.
How does the AI work?
Through Apple Intelligence. Ask AI inside a note to summarize, expand, or rewrite what you wrote, and the request runs on your device, never on Remlo servers, because there are none. There are no accounts, no API keys, and no per-use costs. Voice capture follows when the deeper Siri arrives with iOS 27.
What does it cost?
Remlo is $29 per year, or $19 per year if you join the beta as an early bird. There is also a one-time $149 lifetime option. One purchase covers all your Apple devices, billed through the App Store.
Which devices are supported?
macOS, iOS, and iPadOS, including Apple Pencil on iPad. Apple Intelligence features require a compatible device.
